MORNING AND EVENING: Delicately apply REDNESS RELIEF DERMO-CLEANSING MILK with a cotton pad or the tips of the fingers using light, circular massaging motions. Incomparable softness is restored to your sensitive skin day after day.
Tip: For greater gentleness, apply the REDNESS RELIEF DERMO-CLEANSING MILK with your fingertips and remove with a tissue.

Spray a light mist of AVÈNE THERMAL SPRING WATER with its soothing and anti-irritating properties.
Tip: For an even more soothing effect, apply compresses soaked with AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER made from white unscented tissues.

HYDRATE & PROTECT
Spread a small amount of REDNESS-RELIEF MOISTURISING PROTECTING CREAM orEMULSION over the fingertips before applying to the face and neck..
Redness is reduced and your skin is protected thanks to the SPF 20.

TARGET
For localised redness and small visible blood vessels, apply the REDNESS RELIEF PLUS RELIEF CONCENTRATE FOR CHRONIC REDNESS to the affected areas morning and evening (often the cheeks and sides of the nose).

CALM
Use the REDNESS RELIEF CALM SOOTHING REPAIR MASK for an immediate, refreshing, comforting effect when your skin feels irritated or warm. You can also use it as often as needed if you experience frequent flushes, or use it once or twice a week if you have redness-prone skin. Apply a thick layer to the face.
Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Use a cotton pad to remove the mask gently. Spray a light mist of AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER.
