Reid’s Pharmacy Refund Policy

You can return any unwanted items to Reid’s Pharmacy within 35* days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement. Take the item & order number located in your email to Reid’s Pharmacy store. A Store colleague will request to see the email so make sure that you remember to have it with you.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not brought back in a saleable condition or are damaged.

All returns are evaluated before being processed

Unless faulty, medicines, cosmetics products that have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, however faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Returns by Post

To return items by post please repackage them carefully and return them to:

Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. They will be refunded on the original card that was used; it will take up to 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider.

 

We will refund any standard postage paid on orders, we will not refund postage on return of part orders
