Spray a fine mist of AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER with its soothing and anti-irritating properties.
Tip: To soften your dehydrated skin, spray generously with AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER and massage lightly before wiping away.
Now that your skin is clean, get into hydration mode! First step: apply SOOTHING HYDRATING SERUM(morning and evening) To revitalise and soothe your skin, apply a few drops of the serum and massage with little circular motions.
Did you know? Your skin can become dehydrated through both physical causes (cold weather, central heating, etc.) and chemical causes (surfactants, irritants, etc.), so it's important you react quickly by adopting SOOTHING HYDRATING SERUM into your routine as soon as possible.
HYDRATE AND PROTECT - MORNING
MORNING: Apply one of our HYDRANCE OPTIMALE UV CREAMS (choose from Light or Rich, depending on your skin type). Your skin is hydrated and protected from the sun, thanks to its sun protection factor of 20.
HYDRATE AND PROTECT - EVENING
Apply a small amount of HYDRANCE OPTIMALE CREAM (again, choose from Light or Rich depending on how dry your skin is). Your skin receives long-lasting hydration while you sleep.
Now that it's rid of impurities, your skin is ready to be bathed in hydration—apply the SOOTHING MOISTURE MASK to your face and neck in a thick layer. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes before removing any excess.
Tip: There’s no need to rinse the skin, simply remove any excess with a tissue. For greater gentleness, spray a fine mist of AVENE THERMAL SPRING WATER on the tissue.
